CHARM CITY PHOTO FEST is a photographer-led non-profit organization that turns Baltimore's public spaces into free, open-air galleries. An accessible festival celebrating multi-generational photographers who document our city, amplifying the communities they portray, and inviting all to experience great photography without cost, barrier, or prerequisite. Our inaugural launch will be September 2027.
